Brief

It all starts with an in-depth exchange: we analyze your need, the team in place, the company culture and the stakes of the position. Together, we validate the job form and the selection criteria to leave on a clear basis.

Sourcing

We map the market and identify relevant profiles, both in France and internationally. Direct approach, network, recommendations: we will look for candidates where they are, including those who are not actively searching.

Evaluation

We leave nothing to chance. Each candidate is received in a structured interview and then assessed by job placements or tests. We check the course and take references, with his agreement.

Shortlist

You receive a selection of 3 to 5 candidates, each accompanied by an honest synthesis: strengths, vigilance points, motivations and pretensions. You choose who to meet, knowingly.

Interviews

We organize and prepare interviews with your teams, then collect feedback from both sides. We help you compare, decide and build a proposal that the candidate will accept.

Onboarding

After the signature, we remain present. Follow-up of the candidate and his manager during the first 100 days, regular points and adjustments if necessary. And if the collaboration does not take place, our replacement guarantee applies.
